I design for the people who build the world.
Systems thinker
Products built at scale require design systems that are extremely efficient for dev teams to use and speed up the design process. With a good enough design system a designers job is hardly ever thinking about pixels.
Evidence based, but not paralyzed
Decisions flow from evidence. I embed rapid research into every sprint, not just at kickoff. That being said, I don’t believe in analysis paralysis. If you are always listening to your users then you don’t need a length research process to start moving.
Developer empathy
I’ve been a developer and I’ve worked most of my career in tools for developers so I keep buildability and maintainability top of mind with all feature specifications and designs.

I started my career as a designer who could develop, then a developer who could design, I then discovered the power of research and naturally moved into product strategy and leadership from there. My ability to speak to almost all product related roles and understand what it takes to move work efficiently between them to ship products that convert, and meet a deadline, has been an incredible asset for every company I have worked for. I am a self-starter, a fast learner and a supportive leader. Never afraid to get started and learn along the way, you can depend on me to break a team out of analysis paralysis every time.
